people, the republicans, and focus on 2018 and try to take back the House and the Senate
For those who really want to impeach the asshole in the WH, WINNING in 2018 is the quickest way to do that.

(25 posts)The tax overhaul before the senate is a Christmas tree with every shiny right wing bauble hanging on its twisted branches. Everything in modern American life is under assault in this package: From Social Security to child healthcare; from small business to drilling in the Arctic Refuge; from cutting taxes for the richest Americans and imposing taxes on the rest of us. This list goes on for more than 500 pages of backroom non-bipartisan sausage making. In this case, the sausage is you and your hard earned dollars.
Nine senators have expressed reservations about this mess. Lets let them know they are right to have those reservations. You know the Koch boys and their fellow vultures are working them over.

Congress is under enormous pressure to get something done. Wealthy donors have told them the piggy banks are closed until they make these bills law. Lets add to the pressure. We are many, they are few. Let them know what you will lose.

(17,473 posts)I'd say the ratio of Americans talking about taxes vs. sexual harassment is about 1000 to 1. Nobody is talking about taxes which the Republicans of course love. And it's a double win for them because as we all know by now, the "revelations" post Weinstein only seem to be impacting Dems.

(65,135 posts)but I only hope it will take repigs down into the gutter where they come from. There only certain is lining their own pockets and their donors pockets and forget about the little people who are struggling each day. I thought they were to serve the American people not anymore and it hasn't been for a long time. Unfortunately Dems are not the majority, but we need to see this regime to be taken down for their destruction and havoc they have wrought on the country and our way of life................
Only tells you how they hate the Middle and Poor class and everyone else. I read somewhere how we the middle class were or is a threat to the rich, the rich want to keep that money all for themselves and don't want to see either the middle class or poor to thrive. For some strange reason, I believe the rich will be paying big time for their injustices on the middle and poor class.
