The 2 reasons this horrible tax scam will pass in the Senate
1. The Republicans are desperate for some sort of accomplishment or success. To fail would be incredibly embarrassing to them.
2. "Wall Street" et al are counting on it. They have convinced themselves and the Republicans that if they don't get it the market crashes.
It will pass the Senate barring some sort of cataclysmic change (someone shows some spine) THEN they have to come to some sort of agreement with the House Republican zoo.
