The guy was released by SFO officers after serving a jail sentence instead of being handed over to the Feds. Sanctuary cities kill innocent young women!

The prosecutor agreed the defendant found the gun wrapped in a shirt under a seat on the pier. The prosecutor agreed the bullet fired bounced off a concrete plank in the floor of the pier. The prosecutor said he was trying to shoot the woman who he did not know walking with her back to him as part of some Russian Roulette type scenario expecting the bullet to bounce and hit her. The defendant said the gun went off accidentally. Is there a reasonable doubt that the defendant did not intend to shoot someone? The jury apparently thought so.
