They do this and then start screaming we need more program cuts. They’ll never want to reverse the tax cuts. Even a lot of Dems will be afraid to do that once they pass. This whole thing is obscene.

Here is my guess...the Senate will pass the bill knowing it will not be passes in the house, but this at least shows that they are dedicated to the conservative ideology still, before they start turning on Trump with the new Flynn revelations and a campaign year next year.
