This is horrible. These aren't amendments by legislators, even, she says. They are by lobbyists.

Note that there is a deduction for "religious instruction tuition," that Hatch added. OMG. The cost of private religious schooling..not only do they get some public education funds in some instances. Now they'd get a tax deduction? Separation of church and state?
