GOP Strategist: Were living through the first screwball presidency in US history (VIDEO)

A Republican strategist appeared on a panel on Meet The Press with Chuck Todd and dared to speak out about the Trump presidency with a word, screwball that I don't think I have heard before coming out of a GOP strategist. His words were refreshing in these times.

Republican strategist Mike Murphy did not mince his words as he described the destructiveness of Donald Trump's presidency and what it means to the GOP.

1. What's a "GOP Strategist?" What power/influence does one have? Isn't he somehow involved with the nonsense taking place in DC right now - or is this a CYA move to make him more righteous if and when IQ45 gets booted?
It seems to me that the "GOP Strategists" are the people that railroaded this tax shit through - preparing to screw over a large majority of America. If this "strategist" thinks this is a "screwball presidency" (and I agree - but I'm not a Pug!) then why isn't he and his cohorts doing something about ending it?
