Too late to try for sexual harassment due to statue of limitations? No problem: Sue for defamation!

Why don't Roy Moore's accusers, the ones he has called liars, sue for defamation Like Bill O'Reilly's accuser is doing? The court would first have to determine if harassment occurred which would open up the case to public view, testimony, etc. All that would be missing is the sentence, in lieu of which the women would receive a settlement if shown to be in the right.

It would sure make Moore pay the price for his love of high-school girls.
