No wonder Alabama sends Roy Moore, they're not...wait, they ARE sending their best.

I apologize for paraphrasing #45 and also to any native Alabamans here, but...wow, that state is in sad shape. Just how does Roy Moore's Alabama stack up against the other 49 states?

Per U.S. News & World Report (hardly a liberal source), among all 50 states, Alabama ranks:
Health Care - 47
Public health - 50
Education - 47 (32% are college educated)
Crime & Corrections - 42
Infrastructure - 31
Opportunity - 40 ($23,693 is the median income)
Economy - 45
Government - 42
Overall Rank out of 50 - 47

That people STILL think that they can shame or guilt the House/Senate thuglicans or most thuglicans in Alabama from sending Mall Rat Moore to the Senate. He's not going to get expelled if he gets that Senate seat, because thuglicans WANT his vote so that they can further destroy this country. Moore's a liar. A Racist. A Rapist. A sexual-assaulter. You see thuglicans don't CARE about that tax bill of DEATH they're rushing to get passed and signed into law by the sexual-assaulter-in-chief which will destroy people's lives and increase the debt by a trillion more dollars.

As my friends say, I don't want to hear one more word about Al Franken. NOT ONE.

I don't care how close to Jesus someone claims to be, they voted in serial CRIMINALS. So no lectures from the right about "godlessness" or "immorality." EVER.

should be the political strategy outside the state.....

Nancy Pelosi should make a statement. "It's not Alabama's fault theyre going to send a pedophile to the Senate, it's who they are."

Before it was moved to Richmond, VA in 1861. It's a state that keeps on giving!

Not really. The weird thing is, I first thought Birmingham, then thought, no, that doesn’t seem right. So I looked it up, confirmed Montgomery, and proceeded to write “Birmingham.” So much for confirmation!

The footage of the marchers in Selma, many of them clergy and women, being tear-gassed, beaten and routed by mounted officers, generated outrage among many Americans outside of the South. It was classic passive resistance, and it was quite effective.

let’s always remind them of that, though I do feel bad for the normal human beings in that state.

It’s a hard road to overcome what has become Alabama and so many other states.

How about renting billboard space on major routes into Alabama saying "Warning GOP child molesters ok beyond this point" as a public service. I'd contribute to put one right at US231 right at the FL/AL line.
