He was bringing up the fact that Trump always brings up Hillary lying to the FBI, something that never happened. But then took a jab at Hillary just the same.

Never mind the crap from Mika last week about Bill Clinton. She claims she was the only person back then who was saying that he should resign. Whatever?? They are both really full of themselves

3. He is discussing the allegation that Hillary lied to the FBI. It is his

snarky approach that he complained that the FBI was too lenient when questioning her. Then he deflects to Trump using this claim to distract from his chaos. Most times when something needs to be discussed about drumpf's misdeeds, Joe likes to compare to something about the Clintons, Bill or Hillary.
