I have listened to Sam for almost 15 years, going back to the Air America days. He has a podcast and I listen all the time and highly reccomend it

this year! During the dreaded Bush years he kept me informed, engaged and active whether it was on Air American, Breakroom Live, The Majority Report or Ring of Fire.
