But Russian athletes who can prove they are clean would be allowed to compete in South Korea under a neutral flag.
It follows an investigation into allegations of state-sponsored doping at the 2014 Games hosted by Russia in Sochi.
Haven't seen a tweet from Drumpf as of yet. Will he blast the IOC on this??

The IOC (one of the most corrupt organizations in history) has a stronger moral compass than the Republicans when it comes to holding the Russians responsible for cheating.
