Cannabis effects are similar in the intensity of the alteration of physical and mental functioning. I'd guess that cannabis is slightly more intense, but folks are quite able to function in a way that alcohol doesn't permit.

What Sessions is all flustered about is beyond the comprehension of normal human beings who have experience with cannabis and other kinds of psychotropic substances.

The video is silly because drug prohibition is silly. A plant cultivated for thousands of years by humanity and grown by President and Founder George Washington now justifies boys with toys to kick down doors and shoot innocent people? And we actually try to call ourselves the "land of the free" with a straight face...
