Shouldn't he be a subject to this investigation? Wasn't he knee deep in this whole Russian thingy?

What was his role?

I haven't heard a good explanation as to why he has become so vocal after he left the WH & why he's never mentioned along with the others in association with the Russians.

...was in Trump's orbit in the late 70's, 80's etc. when all the Russia stuff got started. Even during the early primaries, I think he was pretty much sidelined. But, I think that Mueller's team has already taken a hard look at him. Much as I'd like to see that walkin' dildo get taken down, one must realize that small fry (if he is) aren't worth effort.

Manafort and Gates apparently took from the Russians or Turks huge $ sums as did Trump and his kids over the years. Bannon in contrast has not been reported as a receiver of all this filthy cash nor had he attempted to change US policy illegally.

9. I think Bannon will go down for espionage.

He was the chief executive officer of the Orange Shitstain's campaign in 2016. He is no longer physically in the White House, so Mueller and team have bigger fish to fry at the moment. His time is coming. He knew exactly what Team Treason was up to and, at a minimum, failed to report it. I suspect his involvement was much deeper.

And since he is a former Naval officer, the Intelligence Community will be exceptionally harsh when it comes time to deal with him. He may be one of the few who is eligible for the death penalty. He will probably only get a prison sentence, and that's okay with me, as long as it's a long one.

And I have heard that Breitbart is under federal investigation for conspiracy with Russia to undermine the election. If Mueller doesn't get Bannon for his participation in the campaign, they will bet him for his treasonous activity with Breitbart.
