So - let's say a Democrat took an extraterrestrial trip starting a few wks before the election...and

they just returned - let's say, today.

How would one even begin to describe the carnage? They would have left earth in a glow of optimism - no way the serial pussy grabber could win, no way a spray painted corn silk topped reality tv buffoon could possibly be elected. It would be Hillary easily, they thought as they left Earth.

And they returned today.

Think of how unimaginable all of this has been. One year long nightmare with no hopes of waking any time soon.

Where would we even begin to help them understand what's going on?

Maybe it's the cold medicine I am taking, or the grey cold drizzly day, or finding out that a good friend passed away yesterday.

but today seems particularly surreal to me....

Like I entered a different time line reality, more like the nine rings of hell.

Very much the same feeling I had during Watergate, but much worse.
