Former White House ethics lawyer Richard Painter said that Dowd should be disbarred for writing a tweet that incriminated his client.

said a the lawyer of his client (Trump) makes the tweet much, much worse, and credible, because he's an expert. It will be held to a higher standard. If Trump tweeted it they could make case for stupid.
