About that "Moral High Ground" BS...

Kindly remember two things:

First: The Democratic Party's (apparently dead) commitment to transparency- to providing all the information available, and thoroughly reviewing and weighing evidence in a public process so that citizens, voters, and Party members have all the necessary information to understand the Party's actions. Remember? We were supposed to have left behind those "smoke-filled rooms" where Party bigwigs held private conclaves and determined the fiats to announce to the rest of us.

Second: Who it was, whose fierce questioning of ol' JeffyBeau Sessions during his confirmation hearing, set in motion the entire mechanism for investigating the treasonous hijinks of >Redacted< and Putin and their Oligarch pals, and gave us the only real hope for pulling America back from the brink of being a fascist, authoritarian state as well as a third-world one.

Just think about that, when you're whinging about "Moral High Ground".

Then add in the reality that most of the MAGAts who think it's just peachy that Nazis and pedophiles have a home in the GOP, as long as they can piss on "libtards" and "drink lefty tears" could give a rat's ass about that "Moral High Ground."

Sleep tight.

disgustedly,
Bright

....the public won't be looking at us as having higher moral ground.

They will be looking at us as the party of senators who resigned in disgrace.

Since when is it high or moral to destroy someone's career on a set-up sponsored by the right wing?

Instead of collapsing, we should fight them off every inch!
