New Rules: What's Allowable

1. LIGHTLY touching is permissible, THROUGH AT LEAST ONE LAYER OF CLOTHING, at, and ONLY AT, the waistline. Not one inch above or below.

2. If the location of the waistline is not clearly discernible then NO TOUCHING WHATSOEVER.

3. If the waistline is BARE, then NO TOUCHING WHATSOEVER.

4. NO HUGGING. EVER.
Not under ANY circumstances.

5. Have your wife by your side, holding at least ONE of your hands, at ANY campaign/photo/constituent event.
If you are not married, try eHarmony.
Otherwise you'll be perceived as gay, and that's a whole other set of rules.

6. FIGURATIVE pats on the back to staff for all the good work they do for you is OK, but no ACTUAL pats.

7. If you are meeting with a woman constituent, have a woman member of your staff in the room with you at all times. It would be best NOT to meet in your office, but at some public place with numerous of witnesses.

8. Oh yes. "Gag" photos are a thing of the past. No more mugging for the camera.
I'd also pass on any USO tours. 'Hijinks' are now frowned upon and could actually lose you your job.

But it backfired, Dem women started the feminist movement.

MANY, MANY years ago I walked out of a bar just in time to see a woman back into my car and put a huge dent in the passenger side door. Naturally, I confronted her. She peeled rubber and drove away.

Naturally I jumped into my car and gave chase.

Hauling ass through downtown Birmingham (at about 1 a.m.) a police car gave chase to me.
I told him to pull over the car I was chasing.
Bless his heart, he did. Both of us.
Now we were into a 'he said, she said' until she said "He was just trying to pick me up and that was the only way I could get away from him."
Well, fuck me.

We wound up in court.
She had a lawyer.
Stupid me, I didn't.
I just had an eye witness 'buddy' who was with me that night but all of a sudden got bugged (or was too damn lazy) to appear for me in court.

Still pisses me off.

She skated, I paid a fine.

my next door neighbor who was about 6 accused me of pulling down his pants and some other stuff (I don't even remember but he didn't accuse me of touching him) and they confronted me and I denied it. I felt I was not being believed ...and maybe I wasn't...but it WASN'T ME. Turns out it was a kid around the block but if we hadn't found out it was him... I WAS BEING ACCUSED (I am female) and they were believing the 6yr old over me. So false accusations happen ALL THE TIME...as you illustrated with your story as well.

Did Franken pull his pants down and masturbate in a hotel room or rape a woman in his office or have sex with 14 year old?

Did Franken admit and apologize?

What outcome do we want? to purely punish or do we want redemption?

I hope we are smart enough to see the differences.
