Elections ought to matter

I have no problem with us having an ethics investigation of Franken. I would have no problem expelling him if he really is a serial sexual assaulter and that is shown in an ethics investigation. But I have a big problem with overturning an election because some number of people accuse him of something. Honestly, there may well be a problem here. I honestly don't know. But should elections be overturned based on I don't know? I fail to see the emergency here. Let the ethics investigation run its course. Then he can be either a Senator or a former Senator based on what is found.

which were known to the electorate. I think he should be impeached for the Russia stuff, the emoliants (sp) clause, and many other things but even 16 accusations of behavior that was known to the electorate isn't enough to overturn an election. Again, elections ought to matter.
