I can see it now. New Rules for pictures with constituents and the like

1. Your hands must be visible in the photo.
2. You must view all pictures that were taken by that camera to make sure hands are not hidden.
3. If hands are hidden you must confiscate the camera device.
4. Replace the device using taxpayer money.
5. Optional: Refuse any pictures
6. Also Optional: Since still shots only capture a single moment and you can still be accused of inappropriate behavior between pictures, resign in advance.

They can take one of you being in a room with them then claim all kinds of things. Or if being filmed they could still make claims after the filming stopped or if they are shot from the waist up or higher.

He had an incident a few years ago that made him uncomfortable, the girl in the picture couldn't stand on her own and didn't want her crutches in the picture. It was completely innocent, her mother was just out of frame holding her crutches, but out of context it looked really bad.
