They think that the Republicans cannot have anything to do with the Franken situation and that to think so makes you a conspiracy nut. Yet we have examples of things like the swift boating of John Kerry and other examples of Republican dirty tricks from the past. Maybe they are younger and don't remember but there is enough history out there to make you think twice about the situation.
