it would be best if he resigned, regardless of the merit of the charges or of fairness and justice to him.

I am glad that my two Senators (Kaine and Warner) did not join with the mob, by refusing to join in the public call for him to resign.

it's going to backfire on everyone. Dems are weak in these moments. All they had to do was throw their support behind the ethics investigation proposed by Franken. but no.

on twitter i see posts saying now the dems must demand the same from the republicans, to get rid of their perverts. A. Franken is not a pervert B. They WON'T

they'll use this to great effect against the Democrats. this sucks.

reelection in 2018. If someone decides to primary him that's what they'll use against him. Turned on his own party. If he wins the primary the republicans will say he doesn't even support his own party so he may be screwed either way
