Stupid is as Stupid Does
Having worked for a congressman, I am very aware of how ruthless politics can be. So when I saw the D's turn on Franken I realized this was the stupidest political strategy I have yet to see. Why didn't the D's use Franken as a bargaining chip and require that the Dumpster be under congressional review the same as Franken? Why would they have Franken fall on his sword for NOTHING!!!! Do you think Repug voters give a rat's ass about child molesters and sex abusers? Hell no !!! Now we can watch a bonafide child molester get elected and an accused child rapist and self-proclaimed sexual abuser stay in power. No wonder the D's keep losing elections. Stupid is as stupid does in my mind.
