Can men be sexually harrassed? Damn right they can!

There are stories of men who have been harassed by women bosses.
Nowhere near as many as women have had, but they still have been.

I've been harassed.

A gay guy fondled my butt and said "I wanted it."

The fact is, sexual harassment is not sex.
It is POWER.
People, male and female who use sex for their power trips.

regardless of gender, gay/straight, whatever. It is just more prevelant with men, especially in positions of power.

Apparently she had done it at her previous employer too, and had quite a reputation there.

sexually harassing the grocery manager (male). He took it to HR, but nothing was done (as she was an effective manager when it came to store profits).

A year later, Whole Foods bought out Wild Oats. They had a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE policy. She had continued with the harassment, he brought it up again, and she was terminated.

Happened to me years ago. Very unnerving situation. It HAS NOT affected my entire life and I rarely think about it.

and might feel like she will get the same "perks" men in power do. I doubt it works out that way, though. A man might feel more confident of getting another job or just turning it down.

You talk about women bosses then go to your story about a man.

It’s a mans game.
