as I said below - my sister has switched to being a Dem after many years of being a repub. She talks about the Dems being weak and not fighting back. That is a biggie for R's switching.

reality is foreign to them. My brother was arguing with an old friend who insisted trump won the popular vote, he showed him online, wiki, cnn, and then FOX and he still insisted it was wrong. fake news.

(20,583 posts)I am thinking of my sister who was an R for years. She has come to identify as a Democrat but always mentions that the Dems in Congress are spineless. I suspect this will keep her home as it may others.
