Franken should resign...
...right after Trump resigns. Women coming forward about Franken being inappropriate doesn't outweigh the fact that women have also come forward about Trump being inappropriate, with a MUCH more egregious level of impropriety. If it is inappropriate for a Senator to be "allegedly" handsy with women, then it's also inappropriate for the President. If allegations can take down a great senator like Franken, the Democrats in the Senate should demand the same response for the President Step aside, Trump. Then maybe we can talk about Senator Franklin following.
The Democrats in the Senate are NOT taking the high ground, but are being cowardly and partisan in the wrong damn direction. This is why Dems get called wimps, weak, pushovers. They always get played by trying to "appear" morally superior. I don't know who talked them into this nonsense. Maybe they too, like Trump are taking directions from Putin. The Republican party is in tatters and this is the way to tear down the Democratic party because I know some of those Dems are going to be primaried for this crap. Dems can maintain their moral superiority, but not before they put up their damn dukes and FIGHT!
