4. They cheat.

Russia won a lot of medals in the Olympics. We know why. They cheat. Now they are banned. The situation with our elections is slightly more complicated because even Democrats do not want to really know how much the Republicans are cheating because it will erode all of the confidence on a core principle that has been pushed in this country, that one person, one vote matters.

You are right, the Republicans do not have a vision for moving the country forward to better things. That is why they revert to cheating.

They cannot promote their core ideas honestly and they cannot win on the premise of their ideas. That is why they cheat. They are really only serving the rich, but they pull in White Supremacists and Christian Dominionists in a coalition (there is overlap) but that is still not enough which is why they cheat by suppressing the vote, hacking, and smearing opponents.
