Body cam shows police office executing man in hotel hallway (WARNING: GRAPHIC)

Another truly disturbing abuse of authority. The commands given to the victim, who appears somewhat intoxicated, were overly complicated.

The incident occurred in Mesa, AZ, in 2016. The police officer was found not guilty of 2nd degree murder. At the very least, he police officer is no longer serving on the force.

If you can't bear to watch the fatal shooting, watch until the victim is ordered to crawl toward the officers. Do you think you could have followed all of the commands flawlessly?

I'm relieved that the officer is no longer on the force. IMO, he doesn't have what it takes to be in law enforcement.

such crass indifference to a human life.

I hope he has nightmares for the rest of his life but he probably wont. So mad.

Fuck ANY police officer or police support group that attempt to defend that cock-sucking power-mad asshole. He NEVER should have had a badge and a gun and he had NO BUSINESS being in that situation, EVER. His worthless fucking partners should likewise be tried as accessories to murder and do time right alongside him.

I cannot believe that Mesa, Arizona has a jury pool that could see that and NOT convict him...absolutely unacceptable in any way. I will NEVER visit Mesa, purchase anything made in Mesa or accept any gifts that say "Made in Mesa, AZ." as long as that injustice stands on the records...a meaningless gesture in the macro, but I won't allow the taint of that excremental place in my micro...

Fucking cowards with automatic weapons...if that had been my son he executed like that, that cop would be no longer among the living regardless the cost to me. He would not be breathing and walking the earth after doing that to my flesh and blood. I am so angry about that video that I am having a hard time typing or even sitting still and I did not know the victim in that in any way...

To have a citizen, terrified and crying, die while crawling on their knees like that...FUCK NO! That mother fucking cop is absolutely the worst kind of scumbag imaginable and if I could watch him burn to death, I would - and I would actively prevent anyone else from extinguishing him.

As for the rest of law enforcement, if you see that and think ANYTHING but "that animal had no place among us", then FUCK YOU TOO. There are good officers of the law, hard working and selfless that do an enormously difficult job with honor and discipline and bravery...that motherfucker in the video was NOT among their ranks and anyone who can accept or justify him in any way is likewise not among them...

There's often at least ONE member of any jury that will not convict. A lot of officers have walked due to that.

I too feel strongly that this cop should be behind bars, and he should most definitely be prohibited from owning any sort of firearm for the rest of his life.

WTF! That was so sick and wrong! I am speechless. I just can't believe that people could watch this and believe this cop was anything but guiltly.

He wanted to kill him, probably kill someone.

He watched too many movies, and a properly trained cop can have that guy come out of his hotel suite, quietly and unharmed 99.9 percent of the time.

Can't let agencies hire idiots like that guy. He's dangerous to anyone, but giving him the badge allowed his fantasies to become true.

Sue family. In civil court, this retired cops family will be happy to serve on your jury.
