14. It isn't so easy to get random people to carry babies for you, let alone

give you and your wife their own biological child to adopt, which seems to be what Franks had in mind.

I absolutely do believe that he wanted the baby for him and his wife. There is a big problem in this country with people feeling like they have the right to treat a woman like a breeding mule whose job is to produce infants for "worthy" and "deserving" couples.
