I was impressed with her knowledge of issues. She seemed to really care. She knows how to play politics. What is going on now with sexually harassment is it has become politics. Franken is a victim of politics. The democrats see this as a big winning issue. Bigger than Franken. I liked Franken alot.

(44,175 posts)Or that DU'ers equate Senator Gillibrand with Roy Moore because that is a cheap rhetorical move.

(44,175 posts)However that's not an excuse to use rhetorical tricks to smear DU'ers as Moore supporters

(115,829 posts)Because hounding Franken out of the senate was a horrible, stupid miscalculation that is likely to cause great damage to the party, the #metoo movement, and Gillibrand herself.

(4,379 posts)Gillibrand has been fighting for a long time for women in the service who are sexually abused and raped. She is being consistent. I like Franken and I did not want him to resign. We may not like what is happening but Gillibrand is being consistent.
Lets see what she does after Moore is elected. She better attack Trump, Moore, the republicans big time or I will turn against her.

(36,926 posts)Or does it also allow trial by mob? I really dont know, having never been part of that system.
