The Latest on pool incident: Chief: Actions 'indefensible'

Source: AP

5:45 p.m. (CDT)

McKinney's police chief says the actions of an officer at a North Texas pool party were "indefensible."

McKinney Police Chief Greg Conley made the comments during a news conference Tuesday after Officer David Eric Casebolt resigned.

A video shows him pushing a bikini-clad girl to the ground on Friday and brandishing his gun at other black teens after he and other officers responded to complaints about the pool party at a community-owned McKinney swimming pool.

FULL update at link.

Are their actions defensible? I seem to recall they pulled out their guns, too.

There's been no reports of other cops pulling their weapons, do you have a link reporting that?

which apparently the older white residents didn't "get" at all. That and the over-sized middle-aged white males imposing themselves into the scene, "just in case" I guess. Keep those nigras in line and in their place.

Even after all the scum that has risen to the surface in the last 6 years, even after the shooting in Ferguson, the choking in NY, the shooting in Cleveland (I know--which ones?) this blatant racism boggles my mind. People are willing to act like that in public. God Almighty.

The comments at the blog are truly disgusting. I guess I am naive, but this amount of racism blows my mind, and a lot is from women. It is just crazy to me.

Multiple times the said the cop would have been justified in shooting the kids when he drew his gun!

Why don't we just let then secede?
