I mean you would have to, otherwise your position on Hogan would be logically inconsistent.

Meanwhile, the compassionate progressives on this forum know not to wish death on people that we disagree with, even when that person "wishes death on others by his policies" as you assert.

Speaking as someone who abhors current Republican policies and speaking as someone who finished 5 months of chemo late last year I can separate my desire to see his party eradicated from my hope for his recovery. Nothing is more unnerving than to have your own body become a traitor.

Empathy is a core value that Republicans seem to me to lack. Let's not be that.

Anti -choice. More clinics v;osed ==> more illegal abortions ==> more injured or dead woman.

And my MIL around the same time. It can be treatable, even cured, with aggressive chemotherapy. However, with both Jackie and my MIL, it had spread to the brain, and once that happens it's too late.

Politics should not come before human decency, I wish him a full recovery. I do hope his struggle teaches him a little empathy for others who need medical help.
