Coroner: No evidence B.B. King was poisoned before death

Source: WBAY, ABC affiliate out of Green Bay, WI

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The coroner in Las Vegas says there’s no evidence blues legend B.B. King was poisoned before he died of natural causes in May.

Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg (FYOO’-den-berg) said Monday that an autopsy sought by two of the musical icon’s 11 adult children shows the cause of death was Alzheimer’s disease with other physical conditions.

Daughters Karen Williams and Patty King alleged through their attorney that King’s business manager, LaVerne Toney, and his personal assistant, Myron Johnson, hastened their father’s death.

What I'm trying and failing to understand is why King's two daughters went through with this hysterical accusation.

Money?

And BTW, what ever happened to Yassir Arafat's "poisoning?"
That went completely nowhere as well.

He was a legend and one of a kind. To drag conspiracy theories through the courts is insulting to his memory.

When there are this many siblings in a family not everyone's needs get met and, it's been my experience, when the parents die it is their last ditch attempt to draw attention to themselves ... "See, I'm really really loved our Dad and YOU never understood me" ... it has nothing to do with the deceased parent and everything to do with their desperate attempt to outshine their siblings ... particularly whomever was in charge of the parent's care and/or the estate ...

It won't stop here ... I doubt BB KING has much of an estate to divide between them, but a few will drag the many through the mud until there isn't one single dime left to squabble over ...

UGH ...

There have been medical investigations, but the results have stayed secret. The claim is the result would upset negotiations between the PLO and Israel. Whether still is a cover up OR a negotiations tactic is unknown (and may be both). What has been released indicate no poisoning, but what has NOT been released is the evidence that would clearly show or NOT show poisoning.

Thus the PLO may NOT what to reveal poisoning for it would force them to demand that the people involved be jailed by Israel, and that means the present government of Israel. On the other hand the if Arafat was NOT poisoned, the PLO may want to keep that hidden so the FEAR of the revelation of poisoning could bring Israel to agree to more power to the Palestinians. Thus in either case, poisoned or not poisoned, the PLO has reasons to keep it secret and why the tests that would show something one way or another has been kept secret.
