Grand jury recommends criminal charges against former Harrisburg Mayor Stephen Reed, source says

A statewide investigating grand jury has recommended that criminal charges be filed against former Harrisburg Mayor Stephen R. Reed.
A source familiar with the investigation, who spoke to PennLive on the condition of anonymity, said that charges could be filed imminently.
Reed has been one of the targets of a more than one year investigation before a grand jury based in Pittsburgh.
