Mitt Romney Still 'No' On 2016 Presidential Run Though Calls Are Coming In
Source: CNN
Fresh off a new Washington Post report that GOP establishment leaders are calling on Romney, who has run and lost twice before, to reconsider his decision to stay out of the 2016 race, associates of the 2012 Republican presidential nominee tell CNN there are a lot of "in bound" calls but that there are "no signs" he's changed his mind.
One friend of Romney's said there were some calls to Romney confidant Beth Meyers and others in his circle asking him to consider being a lifeline to the Republican Party and its chaotic primary fight.
After a volley of speculation earlier this year, the former Massachusetts governor ruled out a third presidential bid in January. Since then chatter that he would reconsider had largely cooled. Associates of Romney include the caveat "never say never" when it comes to his decision process, but cautioned the idea seems to come up about every two weeks.

The GOP establishment is paying the price for all the years they spent emboldening these nutjobs and they're utterly lost about how to stop them.

(1,484 posts)......is the members' wearing of special underwear (not at all unlike the ones posted in your response) that give the wearers "secret powers" bestowed upon them by the holy scriptures "intertwined" in their faith. That's one of the things that concerned me the most about the possibility of a Romney presidency. I mean, what if....... (and I'm going to challenge you to use your imagination here).

(11,843 posts)What you apparently don't know is that Duluth Trading Company doesn't have anything to do with Mormonism, and neither do its products. Mormon Temple garments are absolutely nothing like Duluth Trading Company's products.
I'm going to challenge you to do a little research to find out what you are talking about (Morman underwear) and stop dragging a totally unrelated company into the conversation.

(1,484 posts)..... or are you sincerely JUST SATIRE CHALLENGED? Perhaps you are being "aid" by your employer to mount an over-the-top defense to an ill perceived attack on its' business?
Regardless of any of that, when people repeat themselves in successive sentences, it is always a sign that they don't really have anything to say. It just means that they like to listen to themselves talk.
"What you apparently don't know is that Duluth Trading Company doesn't have anything to do with Mormonism, and neither do its products. Mormon Temple garments are absolutely nothing like Duluth Trading Company's products."
BTW: good luck on your holiday bonus and welcome to my ignore list. You have served your master well, and I am sure that all of the hipsters will now be flocking to purchase your 'must have' products. Personally I couldn't care less, beyond the implication of said product to Mitt Romney satire.

(11,843 posts)Shows that you are capable of learning. I have no affiliation with Duluth Trading Company, other than they are from my general neck of the woods.
Yes, I agree with you. You repeating (for the third time) your ridiculous assertion that Mormon "secret underwear" is like a companies products is a sign that you don't really have anything to say. I will say that DTC's products are largely overpriced, but are high quality.
Good luck on your satire career, it's going to be a tough road if this has been your A game. Try making fun of something without slandering an innocent entity, it might be better recieved.

Of course, then there's the funny lookin' guy scene, which all the GOP candidates seem to adhere to.
Yup! They are funny lookin'.
No matter what. It all comes down to Fargo.

Of course Romney would win, The Romney Cartel owns the Hart InterCivic Voting machine company, thru Solamere Capital (the Romney Family) and H.I.G. Capital (15 of the top management executives are from Bain Capital).
The Romney Cartel can anoint the next President of the United States, & they will.
