First on CNN: Graham ends his campaign for the White House

Source: CNN

Senator Lindsey Graham is ending his presidential campaign, he told CNN during an exclusive interview airing Monday.

"I'm going to suspend my campaign. I'm not going to suspend my desire to help the country," the South Carolina senator said in a wide-ranging and candid discussion in which he acknowledged: "I've hit a wall here."

He is planning to make the official announcement in an email to supporters Monday morning.

And no one cares about Pataki and Gilmore. They should end the JV debates and put 10 candidates on stage.

started about Lindsey and the 7 year 77 million $ b.j. hunt called "Whitewater."

Lindsey is an example of the problem in the Republican Party and our "liberal media."

than he is right. Occasionally, he is more than just wrong: Sometimes, he’s completely out of his mind. In a town filled with threat-mongers, fear-merchants, and hand-wringers, there is no one mongering more threats, selling more fear and wringing more hands than Sen. Graham."

THAT was from almost a year ago, in a Foreign Policy journal article: "Lindsey Graham: Wrong on Everything. The senator from the great state of South Carolina is considering a run for president, based on his foreign-policy prowess. Yikes." I wonder if the author doesn't now think this particular fear-monger, too moderate for the GOP base, actually looked pretty good compared to the rest of the lineup?

"Everything I learned about Iranians I learned working in the pool room…I met a lot of liars, and I know the Iranians are lying." —May 22, 2015, Lindsey Graham speaking at a conference about his job in a pool hall as a young man."

"I believe that if we get Syria wrong, within six months—and you can quote me on this, there will be a war between Iran and Israel over their nuclear program." Senator Graham in September 2013 as he explained that President Obama WAS doing everything wrong.

"Al Qaeda, Al Nusra, Al Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula…Everything that starts with 'Al' in the Middle East is bad news" —May 3, 2015, while delivering the keynote speech at an American-Israel Public Affairs Coalition event.

Good riddance to one of the GOP lineup's best.

They're non entities and they haven't spent much on their campaigns
My guess is they are either bored or they're trying to become relevant to position for a cabinet post

on edit: they could be trying to play the part of the token moderate
