Chris Christie on storm: If I needed to go back I would
Source: ABC (Philadelphia affiliate)
TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) --
Much of New Jersey is now under a blizzard watch as forecasters continue tracking a major snowstorm.
Forecasters on Thursday canceled an earlier winter storm watch after assessing the potential for winds and visibility. The blizzard watch is in effect from Friday night through Sunday morning.
While campaigning in Chester, New Hampshire, Governor Chris Christie told reporters, "The lieutenant governor is there and she is handling things on the ground there. If I needed to go back I would, but at this point it is too speculative to know."

(7,960 posts)It was his performance during hurricanes Irene & Sandy that won him that second term. Guess he doesn't care about us any more. He can't appear in public any more without getting booed.
I hope voters in NH & Iowa have the same contempt for Politicians who won't do their freakin jobs as we do in the NY area.

That was what popped in my head when I saw the headline. I remember him getting very testy when people criticized him for not returning to New Jersey when it was hit by a blizzard. A real class act that one!
