Three more Lincoln Hills School employees were put on paid leave this week amid a probe into allegations of prisoner abuse, child neglect, sexual assault and other potential crimes at the state's secure facility for young offenders.

Schmit wasn't the only one to receive threats. The lead investigator of the State Senator's Committee, Gary Caradori, had also specified that he had received a series of threats, such as obvious tampering with his vehicle, as to send a message. In early July 1990, Caradori made a trip to Chicago to meet with a secret informant who had evidence which would 'blow the lid' off the case, and reportedly confided to a friend that he was one step ahead of those who wanted to squash the investigation, saying that if 'they' knew what information he had, he would be killed.23


Upon returning from Chicago, Caradori's plane crashed, killing him and his son. The National Transportation Safety Board investigation found that the wreckage was scattered over a radius between 3/4 to 1 mile, indicating without a doubt that the plane broke up in the air, instead of upon impact. Certain items were missing from the crash, most notably Caradori's briefcase. Within 24 hours, all of the evidence was collected by the FBI and sealed.24

I've followed this story for years, and like you, I cannot believe that it hasn't absolutely exploded. There are too many suspicious things, suspicious deaths and silencing of victims and witnesses for it to be anything but a massive cover up.

The only reason, apparently, that it has come out is due to the internet. The NY Times ran a couple of stories on it, then suddenly never mentioned it again.

8. Shortly before taking off on that fatal flight Gary Caradori informed his boss that he had obtained

evidence that assured criminal prosecutions for child pornography and worse-which corroborated what some of the survivors had stated all along. Its amazing and profoundly frustrating that these evil networks have only grown, and they still utilize vulnerable children.

17. Late today WPR announced the resignation of the DOC Director, that the FBI has

taken the lead into all investigations re the adjudicated youth abuses, and that a Wisconsin judge sent a warning letter to Gauleiter/Gov. WALKER about Lincoln Hills in 2012-which spokespeople said was forwarded to the DOC at that time-ie WALKER SEZ he never got that either. LIAR!
