A former Goldman Sachs board member has been found guilty of four criminal counts of insider trading by a federal court in New York.

Rajat Gupta, 63, denied illegally leaking boardroom secrets to Raj Rajaratnam, a former hedge fund manager now serving 11 years in prison.

The jury acquitted Gupta, a former managing partner of consulting giant McKinsey & Co, of two other charges.

Gupta could face up to 20 years in jail when he is sentenced on 18 October.

Eric Holder should be pursuing criminal charges against all those on Wall St. who have caused the economic collapase.


EVERY SINGLE banker who took risks with their customers money, should be held accountable.

The government should take ALL THEIR PERSONAL ASSETS from them, repaying the millions that they STOLE/ GAMBLED.

They SHOULD ALL GO TO JAIL FOR A LONG TIME!

Any person who got mortgages for people they KNEW couldn't afford them or they LIED on the mortgage forms to get them a mortgage, SHOULD BE PROSECUTED and SENT TO JAIL for a very long time.

The bankers have destroyed the economic future for millions of Americans and they should be held accountable.
