Reid: McConnell must also think women are 'dogs'

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid ridiculed Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on the Senate floor Thursday for embracing Donald Trump as the Republican Party’s presumptive presidential nominee, saying the Kentucky senator must also think women are “dogs and pigs.”

“It’s just the latest sign that Republican leaders in both houses are marching lock step with Donald Trump,” Reid said.

McConnell told reporters last week that he had “committed to supporting the nominee chosen by Republican voters,” noting that Trump “is now on the verge of clinching the nomination.”

“I guess he should be giddy about a Trump presidency,” Reid said Thursday. “Donald Trump is everything that the Republican leader and his party could ever want in a nomination. Trump’s policy positions are identical to the Republican Party platform, and today Sen. McConnell can discuss when they meet in an hour or two that consensus with Trump.”

he continues the coal mines to operate, killing hundreds of miners with lung disease and the miner just continue to elect him. He blocks health care for them and support the big profit miners owners. If you look at the aged Senators and House members who are past helping their states, We understand why both are so dysfunctional. We understand why Obama has struggled to get this nation back on it feet. He has done his best with the fraud GOP members.
