Poll: Republican race for Mo. governor too close to call

KSDK's political analyst, Dave Robertson, says people are still trying to figure out what separates these candidates.

“I think it's clear that this is an outsider year,” said Robertson. “Because the outsider candidates who have never won elected office...are doing better than the two candidates on the Republican side who have won elected office,” he said, referring to the lead Greitens and Brunner have over Hanaway and Kinder.

On the Democratic side, Attorney General Chris Koster has the clear lead in the primary for governor with nearly a 50 point lead over his three opponents, and 26 percent of voters say they are still undecided.
