Trump campaign manager to GOP: Stop 'pussyfooting around'

Source: Politico

Donald Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway is tired of the “pussyfooting around” from Republican lawmakers who have distanced themselves from the Republican presidential ticket in recent days, calling on them to decide once and for all whether or not they support their party’s nominee.

“Well we want the support of anybody who’s going to publicly endorse us. But enough of the pussyfooting around in terms of, you know, do you support us or do you not support us?” Conway said Wednesday morning on ABC’s “Good Morning America.” “The fact is that some of these leaders have been wishy-washy.”

Among the Republicans Conway labeled as “pussyfooting” is House Speaker Paul Ryan, who on Monday told Republican members of Congress that he would no longer defend Trump nor would he campaign with him ahead of November’s presidential election. The Wisconsin Republican also told GOP lawmakers that "you all need to do what’s best for you in your district" when it comes to deciding whether or not to support Trump.

In abandoning Trump, Ryan joined other Republicans, including Sen. John McCain, Sen. John Thune, Rep. Jason Chaffetz and Rep. Mia Love, in distancing themselves from the Republican nominee.

Pushing more people away from Trump and splitting the party sounds like a
good plan and I think Kelly Anne should go for it.

As to imply... you're either for pussygrabbing or against it?
The Trump team is just so freaking bizarre.

9. Yep, of all the words to avoid in light of the Trump audio/video, seems "pussyfooting" would . . .

be at the top of the list in the Trump campaign.

I mean why would you choose a word that reminds people of Trump's vile bragging to Billy Bush?

Is Conway consciously, or subconsciously, trying to sabotage Trump's campaign?

He is not like Bob Dole who tolerated Congressional Republicans distancing themselves from him. Trump is refusing to be isolated by loudly threatening to go after Republicans who do not strongly endorse him. In the end, it is all about Trump even if he brings the GOP down with him.

I think this also underscores why Trump is not fit to be President. He is willing to burn the house down around him if he can't get his way. Compare this to Hillary when she lost in 2008.

Her and Dick Morris are going to grab the repug renegades by their feet, just to hold them to the fire, though, I'm pretty sure it's nothing dirty.

Because that's their damage control: burn the whole forest to prevent forest fires. So naturally, they brought the Russians in on it:

AMANPOUR: Can I just try one last question? One last question. A bit cheeky but I'm going to ask you. Russia had its own Pussy Riot moment. What do you think of Donald Trump’s pussy riot moment?

RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER LAVROV: Well, I don't know what this would… English is not my mother tongue, I don't know if I would sound decent. There are so many pussies around the presidential campaign on both sides that I prefer not to comment on this.

Why don't you decorate his rallies with pussy willows? Also you could have a cat close by that he could grab. I'm sure his fans would be entertained. Just trying to help. I hope this message finds its way to you. Your friend and admirer (for the great job you are doing), Gary50
