A Donald Trump supporter interviewed by CNN says women who have recently accused the Republican presidential nominee of sexual assault need to "get over it."

Carol Robertson made the comments at a Trump rally in Eau Claire, Wis., on Tuesday that CNN and other national outlets were covering live.

CNN's Randi Kaye asked the woman about Trump's comments captured by NBC's "Access Hollywood" in 2005 that included him boasting about grabbing women by the genitals.

“I think those women need to grow a set, personally,” Robertson said while waiting to see Trump at the rally. “You know, it’s been a lot of years. Get over it.”

16. What struck me was the references to God

The one woman who say Trump's like God, a "benevolent father." That's the wishful thinking: a strong man who will take care of us, someone for us to serve unquestioningly. It fits with the patriarchal demand for women's subservience based on women's sinful nature; after all, it was Eve who tempted Adam with the apple... somehow Trump fits better with the stories in their minds.
