Conway: I've talked to NBC about Trump singling out Katy Tur

Donald Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said Thursday that her boss “didn’t mean it in any malicious way” when he singled out NBC News reporter Katy Tur by name at a rally Wednesday in Miami.
Trump was delivering a regular riff for him on the campaign trail, complaining that the media refuse to show footage of or otherwise report on the size of his rallies. Then he taunted Tur by name, pointing at the press area near the back of the rally and directing the ire of attendees at her.

"There’s something happening. They’re not reporting it. Katy — you’re not reporting it, Katy," Trump said. "But there’s something happening, Katy. There’s something happening, Katy."

Trump previously criticized Tur, calling her a "third-rate journalist" during a December rally.

Asked during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” about Trump’s decision to rile up the crowd with malice toward Tur, Conway was reluctant to say much.

Perhaps louis-t meant that earlier in the campaign, perhaps during the primaries, Donald Trump saw that Katy Tur was an attractive woman and may have approached her. We already know his MO. If that had happened, I'm certain that Ms. Tur would have made the boundaries clear. So, Mr. Trump would hate her because she rejected him.

When Conway shows up for her paycheck after the election, no doubt Trump will suddenly decide that her performance in her position was somehow lacking and stiff her for what he owes her. He will not only have zero remorse for doing this, but he will probably feel one of Tweety's "tingle up the leg" thrills of sadistic satisfaction that he stiffed her after she compromised herself and totally knocked herself out for him. Only two things appeal to his inflated ego: Money, and the status that implies, and domination.

Conway will have to accept the fact that the only compensation she will get is a lesson in who should deserve her trust.
