Reports: Trump Selects Rep. Mike Pompeo To Head CIA

Donald Trump has chosen to nominate Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-KN) as the director of the CIA, according to several Friday morning reports.

Politico reported that Pompeo has been offered the position, citing Sean Spicer, an official with Trump's transition team. The Washington Post and CNN also reported that Trump has selected Pompeo to lead the CIA.

Trump has also reportedly selected Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) to serve as his attorney general and retired Gen. Michael Flynn to serve as his national security adviser. The Trump transition team is expected to make formal announcements all three selections later on Friday, according to CNN and Reuters.

that his income still depends on their patronage, and that all his political affiliations and supporters are fronts for the Kochs, who put him in office in the first place. Of course.

Don't blame you at all for the "good riddance," but now you get to have him in Washington like the rest of us and also stomach whoever they replace him with.

Koch Industries is an amazing business that has succeeded by building a product that customers love dearly. The folks who run Koch are very clear. They would love to have government just get out of the way and allow companies to compete, whether in their particular sectors or other sectors.
