Pelosi calls for 'immediate Congressional scrutiny' after 'saber-rattling on North Korea'
Source: The Hill
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is calling for Congressional scrutiny in response to President Trump's "escalation" in Syria and reported "saber-rattling" on North Korea.
In a statement released Thursday, Pelosi said every day the president gives Congress a "reason to return and debate the use of force."
"The Presidents escalation in Syria and his saber-rattling on North Korea demand serious and immediate Congressional scrutiny," she said in the statement.
Speaker Ryan must call Congress back into session for classified briefings and debate. Congress must do its duty and honor our responsibility to the Constitution.

Trump seems to have no restraint whatsoever. Is the military complicit or will there be a backlash againt what looks like a dictatorial takeover?
Who/what is going to protect our failing democracy?
The only answer is to stand and fight for freedom like many of us have, damn the consequences... or just be absorbed into the collective oligarchy.
