May Condemns Trump's Attack on London Mayor Khan

Prime Minister Theresa May said she thought Donald Trump was "wrong" to attack London Mayor Sadiq Khan in the wake of Saturday’s terror attack in London.

After avoiding several attempts by reporters to get her to condemn the U.S. president for openly criticizing Khan in a series of tweets hours after the attack at London Bridge that killed seven people and left dozens injured, May was asked what it would take for her to criticize Trump. She reiterated her disappointment over his decision to pull out of the Paris Agreement on climate change, before being eventually forced to defend the capital’s mayor.

British Prime Minister Theresa May on Monday criticized President Trump for his series of attacks on London Mayor Sadiq Khan in the days since a terror attack in the city.

“Sadiq Khan is doing a good job. It’s wrong to say anything else," May said at a press conference in London, according to Bloomberg.

4. That reporters had to PULL this out of her explains why she is down in the polls.

About time May defended her own people and stopped kissing Trump's ass.

Typical Tory!

It pains me to write this (because I hated her with a passion) but if Trump dissed UK like this when Thatcher was PM, she would have been all over him like rabid pit-bull.

A bit like Trump makes even 'Dubya' look good (F*ck) - May makes Thatcher look almost nostalgic?

It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World!

10. Yeah, I couldn't imagine Thatcher holding Trump's hand like May did at the White House.

She would have expected the doddering fool to navigate the steps without help from her.

May did NOT condemn Trump, and that is the point.

She should have.

The Queen really does need to stand up for Britain and dis-invite this bug.
