Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer on Wednesday said all allegations of sexual misconduct should be "treated seriously," including those against the president.
I would say that all allegations should be treated seriously. I think we cant dismiss people who make those, Spicer said during an interview on Fox Business Network when asked a question regarding allegations of sexual misconduct made against President Trump.
"But I also believe that we need to make sure that we do give people-- we are a country of due process," he continued. Spicer said there needs to be a system of due process to make sure "people can't just be accused and be dismissed."
Depending on what level of government it is, there are "appropriate venues that that can be discussed in," he said.

Why should he risk a possible perjury or obstruction charge for lying or being forgetful. You have to believe he has spoken with muehler.....
