Peter Thiel considering creating conservative news network: report

Billionaire venture capitalist Peter Theil is considering launching a conservative cable news network to compete with Fox News, BuzzFeed News reported Wednesday.

Thiel, a Facebook board member and co-founder of PayPal, is reportedly in talks with the GOP mega-donor Mercer family to help fund the concept.

Thiel first sought to create the network along with Fox News founder Roger Ailes, who died last year, according to an excerpt from an upcoming book by Michael Wolff about the early days of the Trump presidency. Thiel would reportedly fund the network, while Ailes would provide talent.

When Ailes died, Thiel carried on with the idea and connected with the Mercers, BuzzFeed reported.

Peter Thiel's one of the libertarian extremists who intend to destroy most of the government institutions the American people created to serve themselves, in many cases specifically to protect against people like him.

Thiel's also linked with people involved with Trump and Russia, so just maybe, maybe he'll be taken down. Wishful thinking, but wishes sometimes come true.

I was listening to college wrestling over the net and there was a gap in time so they went back to regular programming to fill in. This station was from State College, Pa. Penn State's town. It was Mark Levin's show. I could only take a minute or 2 of listening to his hatred and lies. I cannot believe that people listen to this evil 24/7.
