MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Saturday he rejected a demand from Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto that Trump say Mexico would not have to pay for a proposed U.S. border wall.

At a campaign rally in western Pennsylvania for a Republican congressional candidate, Trump gave some details of a testy phone call he had last month with Pena Nieto that led to the postponement of plans for the Mexican leader’s first visit to the White House. Trump brought up the issue when the crowd started chanting “Build that Wall.”

Trump called Pena Nieto a “really nice guy” who made his request respectfully. “He said, ‘Mr. President, I would like you to make a statement that Mexico will not pay for the wall,’” Trump said. “I said, ‘Are you crazy? I am not making that statement,’” Trump said he replied.

When Pena Nieto said yes, Trump said he told him, “Bye, bye. There is no way I’m making that deal.”

Republicans have often found a way to tax people surreptitiously by privatizing many public works projects to corporations rather than have gov’t pay for it. A fee/toll is a tax under another name.

The corporations/investors are granted a multi-year license with a guaranteed profit.

This could also be done with Trump’s Wall with Mexico.

Corporations/investors front the money to build it and they will be paid by Mexico.

It gives republicans a chance to save the gov’t money by investing in it and show their confidence in Trump’s word that Mexico will pay for it .

No gov’t backed bonds.

No cost to the gov’t,,, no need for taxes,,, profit for the patriotic investors who believe in Trump.

Win win all around.

Even Trump can show his patriotism and shrewd business savvy by investing in it.

6. He's coming to San Diego on Tues to check out to prototypes.

There are two rallies the day before and a tentative protest planned for Tues at the US/Mexican border in Otay Mesa. He may be flying in with Duncan Hunter Jr so we may not be able to get close. There were pro wall supporters there last time and they used the poles from the American flags they carried (the always act like they own the symbol) to start violence against the anti-wall protectors. I have to see if I can get a ride down there. I will wear my flag as a cape like a super hero...
