European Commission president Donald Tusk fired back at President Trump after Trump declared the European Union one of his biggest global foes.

Tusk accused Trump of spreading “fake news” with a comment Trump made during an interview with CBS News that aired Sunday.

n the interview, CBS News’s Jeff Glor asked Trump what he considers his biggest foe globally, prompting Trump to lament the EU’s trade policies.

"I think we have a lot of foes,” Trump responded. “I think the European Union is a foe, what they do to us in trade. Now you wouldn't think of the European Union, but they're a foe.”

I think Donald knows that part of it very well and has been warned not to speak of Russia as an enemy but rather as a competitor.

A competitor tries to beat you at soccer. (countries in the European Union?)

An enemy hacks into your election data and messes with voters. (Russia?)

He can't explain things because he hasn't the ability to offer detail. That would take work and the effort to learn and remember things. Rather than explain anything (because he can't), he goes into attack mode. Like every other thing he "declares", it's out of the blue with no backup. Because it's easy for him. His whole life he's been able to say what he likes without being taken to task. "Sure Mr. Trump, whatever you say". When challenged, he'll often respond: "You'll have to ask him/her". Then later calls the question being rude to him. He rarely offers support for anything he claims and if he does, his "facts" are pulled out of his ass. Also, who here isn't sick of him speaking with those same old simple and tired phrases we've heard a thousand times? Like these:

"Many people say, tremendous progress, like no one has ever seen before, I fixed it, very good progress, in the history of the _______, everybody says, ________ has been solved, very rude/nice to me, we got along great, only I can_____", etc. etc., ad nauseum.

Yep, I'm preaching to the choir but had to vent a bit. I want to see him and his cult in jail, sooner the better.
